Australian marina management software
Operations sprawl across spreadsheets, paper work orders, whiteboards and apps that do not talk to one another. The dockmaster, service manager, bookkeeper and general manager all work from different versions of the truth.

BerthPoint is the Australian marina management, berth reservation and dockmaster platform built for local conditions. One operating system ties together the front office, the jetty and the yard so every team sees the same vessel, same berth and same balance.
Casual, permanent and seasonal bookings in one calendar. Tap a vacant berth on the plan, capture vessel, hull type and payment, and the office console updates instantly.
iPhone and Android companion for the dockwalk. Record vessels off and alongside, snap condition photos, and complete safety round checklists — all GPS and time stamped.
No more radio calls or end-of-shift paperwork. Movements, meter reads and work orders sync from the jetty to the front office in real time.
Power and water metering, fuel and service charges, on-the-day insurance capture, and invoice-ready exports for MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks and Stripe.

Client feedback
Our underwriter wanted a structural and pontoon assessment before renewal and we had three weeks. The team inspected all 84 berths, the fuel dock and the electrical pedestals in a single day and had the compliance report back to us inside the week. Defects were severity-rated, which made the capital works submission to our board straightforward. Premium held.
We put on four dockhands and a senior dockmaster for the boat show weekend. They turned up in uniform, inducted, and the berthing plan was actually run properly for once. The 4-hour minimum is fair — we knew the cost before we committed. Rebooked them for the Pittwater regatta already.
We had contractors coming and going with no permit system at all. They rewrote our WHS plan, built the contractor induction and gatekeeping process, and drilled the spill response with our staff. SafeWork attended two months later and had nothing to raise. Worth every dollar of the day rate.
Water access only, and a full kitchen plus 6 tonnes of tiles to land on a tidal jetty. They worked the tide window out, brought the right landing craft and had it all ashore in one run without a scratch on the deck. Our builder now uses them by default.
Barge-mounted geotech drilling for a wharf redesign, followed by maintenance dredging of the berth box. Silt curtains up, pre and post survey done properly, spoil disposal documented for the EPA. Communication through the whole mobilisation was the best we've had from a marine contractor.
A 140-guest wedding split across three wharves with a weather call on the morning. They reshuffled the itinerary, brought a standby vessel and every guest was dry and on time. Certificates of currency supplied without us having to chase.
Sourced a cutter-suction dredger direct from the Chinese manufacturer, including factory inspection, freight and customs. Commissioning took a fortnight longer than planned, but they stayed on it and included the operator training. The landed price was well under the local quotes we'd been given.
Delivery of a 62ft motor yacht from the Gold Coast to Sydney with a pre-purchase sea trial at the far end. Passage plan and float plan shared before departure, hourly position updates, and a written condition report my buyer could rely on. This is now our standard delivery arrangement.
We moved 22 staff and clients from Barangaroo to a client function at Watsons Bay for a board lunch. The vessel was on time, the skipper handled the wharf access smoothly, and the onboard setup was professional enough for a law-firm crowd. Made a usually stressful harbour crossing completely painless.
